Week 1: Introduction & Goal Setting

Week 2: When Being Right is Wrong

Week 4: Justification

You're working too hard for too little. Learn how to change your mindset to get what you deserve.

Week 5: The Stories We Tell

We tell stories every day, about ourselves and others. Learn how to gain self confidence and improve your relationships by changing the stories you tell.

Week 6: Catch Up Week

No new lesson this week so you can catch up on any lessons you missed, check out the bonus material you haven’t gotten to yet, and revisit anything you need to reinforce before we get into the second half of the course.

Week 7: Priorities

Learn how to use your goals to focus on what is important now without guilt or anxiety over what you're not focused on.

Week 8: Procrastination

We all procrastinate. Learn how to minimize the effects so you can get more done in less time.

Week 9: Mindset

Learn how taking “me time” to relax and recharge makes you more productive, how being busy doesn't mean you're accomplishing anything, and how to be happy no matter what your circumstances are.

Week 10: Boundaries

Learn how to stop letting other people control your time, how to say no the right way, and how to set boundaries.
